Take 1 cup of white beans , soak them overnight and cook them.
Place them in food processor, together with:
2 table spoons of sesame oil
2 table spoons of umeboshi plum paste
2 tea spoons of dried basil
1 tea spoon of dried marjoram
1 tea spoon of dried thyme
1 tea spoon of crushed fresh garlic
1/2 tea spoon of ginger
1/4 tea spoon of ground rosemary
Blend everything smootly and put in the fridge to allow the flavours to blend.
You can keep this in the fridge for about 10 days.
