Green Tea GABA rice

Raitong Organics FarmA few days ago, I received from Bryan (Raitong Organics Farm) a sample of a new product: Green Tea Gaba Rice. As I know his products are the best on the market (probably even worldwide), I just love to be his guinea pig, so I cooked the GTG-rice (Green Tea Gaba rice) today.Read more

Day 7: 22 January 2010: Morning Blog

Last night I went to sleep at 22.00 and today I woke up at 04.00 so we can see some improvement. I feel good, nothing planned, as the normal exercises and perhaps going for a swim, as this was planned yesterday but it was too windy.

You all know how excited I am about many things but surely about GABA rice; as this morning I was doing some research, I read an article about GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and Alhpa waves, what a coincidence!!!Read more

Day 6: 21st January 2010: Part ll: Good Afternoon

Everything is going fine, thanks , I do my exercises, and Bryan from Raitong Organics Farm came along to bring me again 10 kilo of his brown GABA rice, and he brought me a present, a sample of a new product, not yet on the market, and they are the first to have it in Thailand: brown GABA Green Tea Rice! This is like the "normal" GABA rice, but soaked in green tea in stead of water, before the drying process. What a pity that I just cooked a big pot of rice, now I have to wait a week before I can try this one . It does not have the scent of GABA rice as the green tea stops most of the active bacteria during the soaking process; again another product that excites me a lot, and of course I will write about it next week.Read more

This was the first time that we had a Thai speaker (speaking in English luckily ) Mrs Lalana Srikam, the co-founder & marketing manager of Raitong Organics Farm , she was assisted by her husband Bryan Hugill, co-founder & environmental manager, clearly a green guy with a lot of good ideas.
