The Liver

The liver detoxifies the blood, governs the top of the head, the eyes, the throat, the breast.
Liver affect the lungs, digestion, uterus, prostate, cervix, pelvis, muscles, tendons, nails, anger, the ability to change. It is the "seat of the soul".

How to help the liver?
By exercise, stretching, sweating, breathing exercise.
Good liver food: leafy vegetables, scallions, leeks, oil (sesame oil, olive oil) cooked and raw, on daily basis (do not burn the oil),meditation (it calms the mind).
Allergies find their origin in the liver.

We can only be angry about the past and we only can be fearful about the future:
our past is stored in the liver (anger), our future depends on the kidneys (anxiety).
We should deal (release) with our liver (past) to have a better future (kidneys=faith).
We only can be manipulated through fear (kidneys):trust your intuition, it is better for the kidneys.
