Last call, Macrobiotic Cruise in the Adriatic 13 June 2009

I would like to tell you about a macrobiotic cruise holiday that I organize together with my friends. We know each other from the Kushi Institute in the Netherlands. Because of the usual problem of taking vacations without being able to eat good quality macrobiotic food, we agreed to organize a small cruise on the Adriatic Sea in Croatia for our friends with common interests.

So we rented a boat with a professional captain and his crew. We are sailing out on one week cruise from Split in Croatia on 13 June 2009. The ship is a 5* gullet for 40 people, each cabin is air-conditioned with a bathroom. The cabins are mostly for two people, with either two separate beds or a double bed. Two cabins are for three people. It is a fairly new boat (3 years old), very stable and spacious. There is enough space to do yoga, do-in exercises, dancing, etc.
The plan is that we would always spend a night in one of the ports of the beautiful, romantic towns and sail out in the morning to see nice islands, beaches, national parks etc. There will be a lot of time for relaxation, swimming etc.
There will be a professional macrobiotic chef preparing delicious meals three times a day, including a dessert.

Please note that we are not doing this for business, the only reason for doing this is a possibility to enjoy a wonderful holiday with nice people. Therefore, the prices cover the costs only. We are not professional holiday agents; we are just a group of friends with common life interests…
