How to improve your health through easy exercises
Closely related to Shiatsu and Acupressure, Do-In is a form of Japanese self-massage designed to stimulate the flow of ki, or "life energy", throughout the body. It originated as a way of maintaining good health, similar to Qigong or yoga, but is now usually practiced as a form of self-help Shiatsu. Daily practice aims to tone skin and muscles, improve circulation and flexibility, ease aches and pains, and encourage mental clarity and emotional stability.
Michio Kushi wrote a very good book about it : The Do-in way: Gentle Ecercises to liberate the Body, Mind and Spirit.
