Keep your colon clean.

An enema is the procedure of introducing liquids into the rectum and colon via the anus. Why should anyone do that??
It is said that many times, rests of meat and diary products remains in the lobes of the colon, which after a while release toxins in the body, which can lead to cancer.

Sometimes one enema can be good just after changing to a healthy diet, as it will improve the assimilation of the healthy food. But weekly enema , like done in some spa resorts, is surely an overkill, as it disturbes the bacterial balance of the colon .

Which enema's are used? Herbal enema, garlic enema, probiotic enema, coffee enema or water enema, all at body temperature of course.
To show how important it is to have a clean colon, here is the post mortem report of Elvis Presley: "the four doctors who performed the post-mortem examination of the entertainer:
"The colon is approximately five to seven feet (2,5 to 3,5 m.) in length in a person Elvis's size  and should have been about two inches (4,5cm) in diameter ... however, Elvis's colon was at least three and a half inches (8cm) in diameter in some places and as large as four and half to five inches (13cm)in diameter in others ...
The megacolon was jam-packed from the base of the descending colon all the way up and halfway across the transverse colon. It was filled with white, chalklike fecal material."
Elvis was clearly a product of junk food and drugs.

Some people carry around 20-30 pounds of  static fecal matter in their colon.
When you see pictures of the fecal matter released after an enema, those are not only old material, but also new material. So first be sure that you loose the new feces . I will talk about stool later on, in my serie of articles about diagnosis.
