Sound, as well as silence, play a significant role on our health: some sounds can calm us down, some sounds can excite us and at other times we just need plain silence.

In 2008, I tried some Holosync sounds and what it did to me really amazed me. I was more relaxed than I have ever been in the last 10 years.

Attention: Holosync meditations are custom-made! If you listen to a copy from someone else, it can have the opposite effect so oly go for the original. At later levels of Holosync you will also need to invest in a pair of high sensitive earphones but it is worth it.
