Aaaah yes: meditation... In this modern world we all need a few minutes of stillness of our mind in order to improve our health and happiness. As Patanjali wrote in his "Yoga Sutras" over 2000 years ago: "meditation is non-thinking".

In this day and age, plenty of stress and a continuous input of stimuli, it is not alwasy an easy task,

You can choose to meditate for 5 minutes a day or 30 minutes a week, but it really improves the quality of your life on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
